In this role, you’ll be helping customers see the value of our Nakisa-Finance solutions by developing tailored demos and working closely with both internal and external teams. Key Responsibilities
- Product Expertise: Become a subject-matter expert on Nakisa-Finance solutions, guiding customers through best practices and creating tailored product demonstrations.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Product, to support the sales team and ensure customer success.
- Technical Support: Assist with RFP/RFI processes and contribute expertise to deal closures.
- Solution Design & Delivery: Prepare and deliver business-level presentations, assisting with proof-of-concept demonstrations for customers and prospects.
- Implementation & Feedback: Support implementation projects, ensuring alignment with accounting best practices, and provide valuable feedback on product enhancements to the development team.
- QA and Testing: Collaborate with the QA team to test lease accounting journal entries, disclosure reporting, and the enhanced functionality of solutions.
- Customer Support: Serve as the advocate for Nakisa’s Finance product lines, building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
Required
- Certification: ACCA Member with at least 3 years of post-membership experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of IFRS and USGAAP, particularly IFRS 16 and ASC 842 standards.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required.
- Communication: Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with a passion to develop further.
- Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think innovatively and out of the box.
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in an IT/ERP development environment.
- Prior experience in Product Demonstrations, especially accounting-focused products.
- Familiarity with Lease Accounting.
