TRANSSION HOLDINGS is looking for a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Tax to join our finance team in Lahore. This entry-level role provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with some internship experience in tax calculation to kick-start their career in the finance domain. You will assist in tax-related duties, learn about tax returns and regulations, and gain hands-on experience under the supervision of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Tax Data Collection & Reconciliation:
Collect and reconcile tax data from various departments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations. - Assist with Tax Filings:
Support the tax supervisor in preparing and submitting tax returns for different tax authorities, following necessary regulations and deadlines. - Tax Issue Resolution:
Assist in addressing and resolving tax issues, coordinating with internal teams or external authorities to ensure compliance.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field. - Experience:
0-6 months of internship experience, particularly in a tax department, is preferred. - Skillset:
- Strong understanding of basic tax concepts and calculations.
- Ability to manage and reconcile financial data.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
