We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented B2B Technical Sales Manager to join our team at ibex.tech in Lahore. As a key member of the sales team, you will oversee multi-channel campaigns, lead generation efforts, and contribute directly to expanding our footprint in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales strategies aligned with business goals and customer needs. Focus on targeting specific industries and market segments to strengthen the company’s position as an industry leader. - Campaign Management:
Plan, create, and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, content marketing, paid ads, social media, events) to generate leads and drive customer retention. Use data analytics and A/B testing to continually optimize campaign performance. - Content Marketing and Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling sales content such as white papers, case studies, blog posts, eBooks, and email campaigns that effectively demonstrate the value of the company’s IT solutions. - Lead Generation:
Design and execute lead generation programs, utilizing tools like CRM systems, sales automation platforms, and data analytics to track and improve lead conversion. - Event Marketing:
Plan and manage B2B events, webinars, trade shows, and virtual summits to promote the company’s solutions. Craft event-specific marketing campaigns to boost attendance and engagement. - Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor key marketing performance metrics and provide insights to help optimize ROI and achieve business goals. - Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with sales and product teams to align on strategies, messaging, and goals. Develop strong relationships with partners, vendors, and agencies to enhance marketing initiatives. - Performance Optimization:
Assess key metrics related to lead-generation efforts (e.g., response rate, connection rate, lead quality), and make recommendations to improve outreach and conversion success. - Data Management:
Maintain a comprehensive database of leads and track progress using CRM tools to ensure consistent follow-ups and conversions. - Targeted Outreach:
Use advanced tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and connect with potential clients. Personalize connection requests and follow-up messages to nurture leads effectively. - Content Utilization:
Work with the marketing team to share relevant content like blogs, case studies, and whitepapers through LinkedIn, email marketing, and organic posts to increase engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Management Science, Communications, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years in B2B Sales, with a focus on IT or technology.
- Skills:
- Proven experience in designing and executing B2B sales campaigns.
- Strong lead generation and digital marketing expertise.
- Proficiency with sales tools like Close.io, HubSpot, Sales Automation, Google Analytics, etc.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with an ability to tailor messages to a professional audience.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Familiarity with client demo creation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach platforms such as Bark, Staff Augmentation Platforms, and Lead Scoring.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with marketing SaaS, CRM solutions, or IT services.
- Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- A background in AI, Automation, or Data Science is a bonus.
