Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you will:

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using the company’s CRM software.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and support service excellence.
  • Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Provide product or service information to customers as needed.
  • Stay updated on company policies, products, and services.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer operations.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Shift Availability: Must be comfortable working in the specified evening shift hours.
