We are currently seeking an experienced Online Tutor (Mechanics) to join our team for the Night Shift. As an online tutor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and personalized Mechanics lessons to students, ensuring a rich educational experience. Responsibilities

  • Conduct Online Tutoring Sessions: Deliver high-quality online Mechanics lessons in a clear, engaging manner to students of various ages.
  • Create Tailored Lesson Plans: Develop customized lesson plans based on the individual needs and academic goals of your students.
  • Maintain Professionalism: Exhibit professionalism in every interaction, adhering to MTS’s policies, code of conduct, and commitment to providing an exceptional learning experience.
  • Flexible Schedule Commitment: Meet a minimum commitment of 18 hours per week, with the flexibility to schedule tutoring sessions according to student availability and time zone.
  • Engagement and Support: Offer support and guidance, addressing any questions or issues students may have, and foster a positive, supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

  • Educational Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanics, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in teaching Mechanics at a high school or university level is preferred, but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication skills, including a clear accent and proficiency in English.
    • Ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified and engaging manner.
    • Reliable internet connection and appropriate technology to conduct online lessons effectively.
    • Experience using online tools such as video conferencing platforms, digital whiteboards, etc.
  • Equipment: MTS will provide a digital writing pad for interactive lessons (with a refundable deposit).
