The Executive Assistant will be the right hand of the CEO, providing comprehensive administrative and strategic support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, ensuring the smooth execution of both daily operations and high-priority initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Maintain and manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments while avoiding conflicts.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings by drafting agendas, preparing presentation materials, and recording meeting minutes.
- Communication Liaison: Act as a communication bridge between the CEO, internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, managing emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and book domestic and international travel, including accommodation, itineraries, and transportation logistics.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information discreetly, ensuring a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external contacts.
- Administrative Support: Oversee routine administrative tasks such as filing documents, preparing reports, and managing office supplies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
