Nyn’s 4 International is seeking a dynamic and energetic Immigration Consultant to join our growing team under Kudos International. The successful candidate will play a vital role as the front face of our company, acting as the first point of contact for our clients. You will be representing Kudos Education Consultancy, providing expert advice and support in immigration services and education consultancy. Your persuasive communication skills and exceptional human relations will be crucial in helping clients navigate their educational and immigration journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Act as the primary representative for the company, offering immigration consultancy and educational guidance. Provide expert consultation to clients regarding study abroad options and immigration processes.
  • Sales and Marketing:
    • Engage in sales and marketing through school visits and direct consultancy interactions to promote education opportunities and immigration services.
    • Promote the company and services via social media, on specific days of the week to attract new clients.
    • Conduct online sales and marketing activities with existing client data within the office.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients by addressing their needs, providing follow-up consultations, and offering personalized solutions.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly evaluation reports detailing client interactions, sales figures, and marketing progress.
  • Client Education and Support: Educate potential clients on immigration procedures, provide guidance on documentation and paperwork, and ensure compliance with legal and procedural requirements.

Qualifications

  • Educational Requirement: At least high school graduate (Additional qualifications in Tourism or Education sectors are preferred).
  • Language Skills:
    • Fluency in English is essential.
    • Fluency in Arabic or Russian is highly preferred and will be an asset.
  • Experience: Prior experience in the Tourism or Education sector is a plus, particularly in immigration consultancy or client-facing roles.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication skills, with a focus on building positive relationships.
    • Skilled in problem-solving and organizational tasks.
    • Familiarity with MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
    • Ability to handle sales activities and present weekly performance reports to the team.
