HANNAN TOWING & RECOVERY is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Executive to join our team in Lahore. As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high level of customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring a seamless experience for customers interacting with our towing and recovery services.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online support channels, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns and issues, provide resolutions, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Service Coordination: Help customers with booking towing services, providing information, and ensuring proper coordination for a smooth service experience.
- Maintain Records: Log customer interactions and maintain detailed records of issues, resolutions, and follow-ups.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and ensure that all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and management to deliver superior customer service.
- Knowledge of Services: Understand the services provided by the company and be able to explain and promote them effectively to customers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong customer service, technical support, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the towing and recovery industry is beneficial but not required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
