As an Educational Consultant at Times Consultant (Pvt.) Ltd., you will play a key role in guiding students through the life-changing decision of choosing the right academic path. Using your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you will assist students in selecting foreign education opportunities that best match their goals and potential. This role will also involve participation in informative sessions, public speaking, and collaborating with a team to create a positive impact within the community. Additionally, you will develop professionally through ongoing training and the opportunity to build your career within the educational consultancy field.
Key Responsibilities
Client Guidance & Counseling
- Assess student needs and academic goals, advising them on suitable educational opportunities abroad.
- Provide information on universities, programs, admission procedures, scholarship options, and visa requirements.
- Support clients in making informed decisions by thoroughly understanding their needs and potential.
Collaboration & Public Speaking
- Collaborate with colleagues in conducting information sessions to inform prospective students.
- Engage in public speaking events, representing Times Consultant (Pvt.) Ltd. and the values it stands for in the field of foreign education.
Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Offer guidance with empathy and respect, helping students and their families make informed decisions that impact their academic and career trajectory.
Continuous Personal and Professional Development
- Participate in internal training programs to enhance consulting skills and industry knowledge.
- Utilize gained knowledge to provide exceptional consultancy services and improve personal performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Graduation or professional qualification. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in educational consultancy or a related industry.
- Experience with foreign education systems, student counseling, or study abroad processes is highly preferred.
Skills:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with students and clients.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and academic institutions.
- Organization & Time Management: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Digital Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat; basic digital literacy required for communication and data management.
- Problem-solving: Strong critical thinking and attention to detail to offer clients the best options suited to their academic needs.
