As a Virtual Assistant at NSOL BPO, you will play a key role in engaging with clients, managing workflows, and contributing to digital marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Conduct cold calling to generate leads, schedule appointments, and build strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional client support by addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align outreach efforts and share insights for continuous improvement.
  • Workflow Management: Utilize CRM platforms and data management tools to organize client information and streamline processes.
  • Digital Marketing Support: Apply knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals to assist with campaigns and initiatives.
  • Content Creation Assistance: Support content creation tasks, such as graphic design, video editing, or content writing, as needed.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of cold calling experience, with a proven ability to generate leads and build client relationships.
  • Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated excellence in providing customer service and handling client interactions professionally.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication in English to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals to contribute to marketing strategies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software or other data management tools.
  • Content Creation: Basic knowledge of graphic design, video editing, or content writing is a plus.
  • Availability: Candidates should be available to join immediately.
