Honeypot Pvt. Ltd., a leading producer of premium, natural honey, is looking to expand its customer support team. We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lahore. As part of our expansion into e-commerce, you will be key in providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers with a variety of inquiries, and maintaining Honeypot’s strong reputation in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email in a timely and professional manner, providing detailed and accurate information about our products and services.
- Order Assistance: Help customers place orders, track shipments, handle returns and refunds, ensuring a seamless experience and fostering customer loyalty.
- Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working to resolve any issues and maintain a positive brand image.
- Product Recommendations: Suggest appropriate products to customers based on their preferences, providing personalized service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company’s CRM system, ensuring all details are up-to-date.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as logistics and sales, to efficiently address customer concerns and optimize processes.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Honeypot’s range of products and services to answer questions accurately and confidently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a similar role, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or related industries.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
- Customer-focused: A customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize them effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, and order management tools.
- Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of natural and organic products, particularly honey, is an added advantage but not mandatory.
