We are on a mission to empower companies to scale without borders, and we’re looking for an Account Executive, Enterprise to help us achieve this goal across the ASEAN region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by nurturing relationships with large, strategic clients and positioning Deel’s platform as a must-have solution for businesses seeking global expansion.
As a part of our high-performance sales team, you will focus on understanding clients’ unique needs, presenting tailored solutions, and driving revenue from major enterprises. This role is an opportunity to have a significant impact on Deel’s continued success as we grow rapidly across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Ownership: Take ownership of a targeted account list, focusing on developing tailored account plans for winning business with large enterprises (2,000+ employees).
- Sales Growth: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets by effectively identifying new business opportunities, managing inbound leads, and growing existing client relationships.
- Pipeline Development: Continually develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, collaborating with your sales development rep, and managing inbound prospects efficiently.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Navigate complex organizations to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in, and successfully close deals with C-Level decision-makers.
- Strategic Relationship Building: Demonstrate an ability to build lasting relationships with senior executives in large enterprises, positioning Deel as a trusted partner for workforce management.
- Salesforce Management: Keep Salesforce up to date with relevant customer information, sales forecasts, and pipeline data to enhance team performance and streamline the sales process.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in sales within the Enterprise segment.
- Proven Track Record: A history of success in developing new business in a greenfield territory, acquiring new clients, and scaling revenue.
- Relationship Building: Demonstrated success building relationships with Fortune 5000 senior line-of-business executives.
- Sales Expertise: Strong “hunter” mentality with a solid Sales DNA and an eagerness for continual professional development.
- Startup Culture: A desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment, with a proactive approach and readiness to take on increasing levels of responsibility.
