G&M Salon Apparel is a fast-growing brand seeking skilled Graphic Designers to join our expanding team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our visual identity, helping us craft creative design concepts that reflect the brand’s vision, strategy, and guidelines. We are looking for passionate and talented individuals who can take ideas from concept to final production across various marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

Creative Concept Development: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop creative ideas that align with the brand’s vision, guidelines, and marketing strategies.
Design & Production: Produce and edit high-quality images, graphics, and videos for various platforms, including websites, social media, email marketing, digital ads, etc.
File Organization: Maintain a well-organized file system and follow best practices for version control.
Multi-Project Management: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to optimize designs for campaigns, incorporating feedback to enhance and improve visual concepts.
Continuous Improvement: Identify design opportunities, provide creative input, and contribute to the optimization of marketing campaigns and brand presentations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Minimum 1+ year of experience in graphic design or video editing, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in eCommerce and marketing design.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is a plus.
Design Tools: Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Klayvio.
E-Commerce Expertise: A strong portfolio showcasing design work tailored for eCommerce and digital marketing campaigns.
Social Media & Web Knowledge: Familiarity with social media best practices for designing content and knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design practices (a plus).
Technical Requirements:
- A personally owned PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor (or equivalent).
- A minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps for both upload and download.
