Practice Management Experts is looking for an English-speaking Front Desk Officer to join our medical office team. This is a full-time, on-site role designed for a highly organized and customer-focused individual who will handle receptionist duties, customer service, and general office administration tasks. As a Front Desk Officer, you will be an essential part of our efforts to provide excellent service to patients while ensuring the smooth operation of the office.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Reception Duties:
    • Greet and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
    • Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and directing inquiries.
  2. Customer Service:
    • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing patient needs and concerns effectively.
    • Ensure a positive experience for all patients visiting the medical office.
  3. Office Administration:
    • Perform general office administrative tasks such as filing, managing patient records, and handling correspondence.
    • Ensure smooth daily operations of the office, supporting the healthcare team as needed.
  4. Multitasking:
    • Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining organization and attention to detail.
  5. Office Equipment:
    • Operate office equipment, including phone systems, printers, and computers, to support office functions.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a medical office setting is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Proficiency in receptionist duties and office administration.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of office equipment and software.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary between 45,000 – 55,000 PKR per month.
