Practice Management Experts is looking for an English-speaking Front Desk Officer to join our medical office team. This is a full-time, on-site role designed for a highly organized and customer-focused individual who will handle receptionist duties, customer service, and general office administration tasks. As a Front Desk Officer, you will be an essential part of our efforts to provide excellent service to patients while ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception Duties:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and directing inquiries.
- Customer Service:
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing patient needs and concerns effectively.
- Ensure a positive experience for all patients visiting the medical office.
- Office Administration:
- Perform general office administrative tasks such as filing, managing patient records, and handling correspondence.
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the office, supporting the healthcare team as needed.
- Multitasking:
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining organization and attention to detail.
- Office Equipment:
- Operate office equipment, including phone systems, printers, and computers, to support office functions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior experience in a medical office setting is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in receptionist duties and office administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of office equipment and software.
Benefits
- Competitive salary between 45,000 – 55,000 PKR per month.
- Possibility of a 15,000 PKR increment after the probation period.
