Non-Voice/Voice Customer Support Agent

G&M Salon Apparel is looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Non-Voice/Voice Customer Support Agents. As an integral part of our growing customer support team, you will assist customers via voice (phone) and non-voice (email, chat) channels. Your primary role will be to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional service, fostering long-lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide outstanding support through various channels, including voice (phone), email, and live chat.
  • Troubleshooting & Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns, offering prompt solutions to any issues.
  • Personalized Assistance: Listen actively to customer needs, providing tailored assistance and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Feedback Gathering: Collect customer feedback to improve service quality and contribute to team strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment, ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Data Management: Utilize tools such as Excel or Google Sheets to track, report, and monitor customer issues and responses.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-first approach.
  • Software Skills: Familiarity with support software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms (a plus).
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay calm and resolve issues under pressure.
  • eCommerce/CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or CRM systems is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.

Technical Requirements:

  • Personal computer or laptop with at least 15 Mbps internet speed for both upload and download.
  • A backup internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps will be required upon employment.
