Viral Square is looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI Developer to join our team in Lahore. As a UI Developer, you will play a pivotal role in converting Figma designs into responsive and pixel-perfect web interfaces using modern front-end technologies such as ReactJS, NextJS, and TailwindCSS. If you have a strong understanding of responsive design principles, UI component libraries, and web development best practices, we would love to have you on our team.
Responsibilities
- UI Development:
Convert high-fidelity Figma designs into pixel-perfect UI components and layouts using TailwindCSS, ReactJS, NextJS, and HTML/CSS. Ensure code is clean and well-documented. - Responsive Design:
Develop web interfaces that are fully responsive across various screen sizes, ensuring a mobile-first approach with pixel-perfect design fidelity. - UI Component Libraries:
Utilize modern libraries such as Material UI, Headless UI, Flowbite, and Bootstrap to create reusable and consistent UI components. - Collaboration with Designers:
Work closely with design teams to translate high-quality Figma designs into functional and visually stunning web interfaces that match design expectations. - Version Control:
Use Git for version control to track and manage code effectively. Ensure proper collaboration across development and design teams. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end designs into the product and ensure seamless interaction between front-end and back-end systems.
Qualifications
- Experience:
2-3 years of professional experience in UI development with a strong portfolio showcasing your work, particularly Figma-to-UI conversions. - Core Skills:
Proficient in HTML/CSS, with a strong focus on TailwindCSS for building modern, responsive web interfaces.
Expertise in ReactJS and NextJS for building functional UI components.
Familiarity with Bootstrap, Material UI, and Headless UI for implementing consistent UI components. - Additional Skills:
Experience with Sass for writing scalable and maintainable styles.
Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and how to implement them effectively.
Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, or ESLint for optimizing and maintaining the development workflow. - Bonus Skills:
Experience in WordPress UI development is a plus.
Understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript is desired. - Attention to Detail:
A keen eye for pixel-perfect design conversion and a strong understanding of design fidelity, particularly in responsive design.
