G&M Salon Apparel is rapidly expanding, and we’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, designing and implementing innovative design concepts that align with our brand’s vision and strategy. Responsibilities
- Creative Design:
Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and design creative assets for various marketing channels, including the website, social media, ads, and email campaigns. - Image and Video Production:
Produce and edit high-quality images, graphics, and videos that maintain the brand’s visual identity and are suitable for marketing initiatives. - Project Management:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and meeting deadlines. Ensure projects align with the brand’s guidelines and vision. - Design Optimization:
Work closely with the team to identify opportunities to improve and optimize designs based on performance and user feedback. - Version Control:
Maintain an organized file system and apply best practices in version control to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience:
Minimum 1+ years of experience in graphic design and/or video editing. A portfolio showcasing design expertise in E-commerce and marketing design is a plus. - Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is desirable but not required. - Skills:
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Creative Cloud, Klaviyo, and/or Canva. - E-commerce & Social Media Expertise:
Demonstrated ability to design for E-commerce platforms and knowledge of social media content creation and best practices across different platforms. - Additional Skills (Plus):
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web design principles. - Tech Requirements:
Must have a personally-owned PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor (or equivalent).
A minimum internet speed of 15mbps for both upload and download is required to work efficiently remotely.
