We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the growth and success of our business through strategic marketing and sales initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Design effective sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue and business objectives. Analyze market trends to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
  • Lead Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility, attract potential guests, and retain loyal clients.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business goals and to achieve key performance metrics.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and key partners to promote sales and loyalty programs.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, customer feedback, and competitor activities. Use data to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Faletti’s Grand Hotel in key industry events, networking opportunities, and trade fairs to build brand recognition.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing and sales budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaigns and maximizing return on investment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record with 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to analyze customer needs and market trends.
    • Solid understanding of branding, customer segmentation, and digital marketing techniques.
    • Leadership skills, capable of managing and motivating teams effectively.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the hospitality industry, trends, and best practices is a plus.
