Novatore Solutions is seeking a talented and experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our innovative team. Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Model Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning and AI models for production systems.
- Advanced Algorithm Design: Research, develop, and implement advanced algorithms in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and reinforcement learning.
- Data Engineering: Extract, clean, and transform data for training and optimizing models, ensuring data quality for maximum performance.
- Model Validation: Conduct A/B testing, validate models, and implement strategies to monitor and enhance model performance.
- Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI/ML models into existing workflows and systems.
- MLOps: Design and implement automated pipelines for model deployment, scaling, and monitoring to ensure high model reliability.
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the AI and machine learning fields to continuously improve systems and processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, with a strong track record of developing and deploying models in production.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python, with experience using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and MLOps tools like MLflow or Kubeflow.
- In-depth understanding of NLP, deep learning, and computer vision.
- Data Engineering: Strong skills in building and managing data pipelines for training machine learning models.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address complex challenges, optimize models, and implement effective solutions.
- Advanced Algorithm Knowledge: Experience researching and applying advanced machine learning and AI algorithms in production systems.
