We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to join our Sales team in Lahore. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving project sales by understanding client requirements, providing effective solutions, conducting site visits, and ensuring successful deal closures. Responsibilities
- Understand and assess client requirements to offer tailored property solutions.
- Conduct effective briefings on property units to prospective clients.
- Organize and lead property demonstrations and site visits.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on market trends and provide feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Passionate about sales and customer engagement.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
