ProJobHunter Ltd. is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join our remote team. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for scheduling meetings between sales consultants and leads, ensuring that appointments are booked in different time zones and followed up on as needed. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a critical role in facilitating smooth communication and ensuring the success of our sales team.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Booking Appointments:
    • Schedule meetings between potential clients and sales consultants, ensuring correct time zones are accounted for.
    • Manage and confirm appointments for online video meetings.
  2. Lead Follow-Up:
    • Engage with leads to confirm meeting details and ensure proper follow-up.
    • Communicate with prospective clients to generate interest and confirm meetings.
  3. Sales Support:
    • Assist the sales team by ensuring meetings are scheduled efficiently and effectively.
    • Maintain accurate records of appointments and communications.
  4. Communication:
    • Maintain clear and professional communication with leads and clients through various platforms (email, phone, etc.).
    • Address any scheduling issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English: Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess and resolve scheduling issues efficiently.
  • Experience in Appointment Setting: Proven experience in scheduling appointments across different time zones.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in a sales or appointment-setting role is preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Self-Motivated and Remote Work Experience: Ability to work independently and manage your tasks remotely.
