Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager Managed Services, you will:

  • Accounting & Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
  • Taxation Services: Assist in providing taxation advice, compliance support, and managing client tax filings in accordance with local tax laws.
  • Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients, offering assistance in addressing their financial, accounting, and taxation requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, guide, and train junior team members, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analyses to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements to clients’ operations and financial strategies.
  • Software Utilization: Use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) for financial data management, reporting, and analysis.
  • Multi-tasking & Problem-Solving: Manage multiple tasks, and provide solutions to complex client issues, delivering results within deadlines.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

  • Educational Qualification:
    • ACCA Qualified or CA Part-Qualified.
  • Experience:
    • 2-3 years of experience in Accounting, Taxation, and Financial Reporting in a professional services environment or similar.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
    • Knowledge of tax laws and financial regulations.
