AB Worldwide Call Hub is looking for a dynamic Customer Sales Representative to join our team in Rawalpindi. Responsibilities

As a Customer Sales Representative, your key duties will include:

  • Customer Inquiries: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to address inquiries about products and services.
  • Product Information: Provide accurate information to potential customers regarding the features and benefits of our products.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Close sales by converting leads into customers, meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Problem Resolution: Assist customers with issues, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward sales targets.
