We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Lahore. This role is designed to offer hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, interviewing, and other recruitment activities. A successful internship could lead to a full-time position at Kamayi.


Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Life Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates to making the final hire.
  • Employer Branding: Assist in promoting Kamayi’s brand and services to attract top talent for client companies.
  • Candidate Interviewing: Schedule and assist in interviews with prospective candidates and gather feedback.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Conduct research to identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media platforms.
  • Job Postings and Advertisements: Assist in creating and managing job ads to ensure the best candidate outreach.
  • Onboarding Support: Help with the onboarding process for selected candidates and provide necessary documentation.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the HR team to meet the hiring needs of SMEs.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of full-life cycle recruiting and hiring practices.
  • Previous experience or coursework in employer branding, recruitment processes, and interviewing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Keen interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and human resources.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and a strong work ethic while managing multiple tasks.
