Key Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and Implementing Marketing Strategies: Plan and execute strategies for promoting and marketing product portfolios, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Conducting Market Analysis: Analyze industry trends, monitor competitors, and gather customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Product Launch and Campaign Management: Plan and execute successful product launches and promotional campaigns. Ensure timely and effective execution while maximizing product visibility and reach.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, medical, regulatory, and other internal teams to ensure seamless product management, compliance, and success.
- Monitor and Optimize Product Performance: Track key product performance metrics and adapt marketing strategies to achieve the desired business outcomes.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Pharm D (mandatory).
- MBA (preferred).
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in a Product Manager role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare domain.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, marketing, and pharmaceutical market dynamics.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and work effectively within a team.
