Responsibilities
As a Call Center Representative – Project Sales, you will:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their real estate requirements.
- Provide detailed briefings on relevant property units to clients.
- Conduct demonstrations and arrange site visits to facilitate property sales.
- Follow up consistently to accommodate changing client needs.
- Ensure prompt deal closures and maintain professional client relationships.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent practical experience.
- Be passionate about sales and delivering excellent customer service.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
