Pleasant Solar, a leading provider of solar energy solutions in Pakistan, is looking for a skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join their growing team. The company, with over 10 years of experience in the solar energy sector, serves the residential and commercial markets across Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, and Peshawar. This is a full-time, on-site position, ideal for individuals passionate about renewable energy and sales engineering. Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Sales: Identify potential clients and present customized solar solutions to meet their needs, driving sales for both residential and commercial sectors.
- Client Communication: Act as the point of contact for clients, providing technical assistance and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Sales Engineering Activities: Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure accurate technical specifications and solutions are provided to clients.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive sales efforts and customer engagement.
- Problem-Solving: Provide effective solutions to clients’ technical issues and queries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration and Independence: Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to achieve business goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
- Skills:
- Proven experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge, with an ability to understand and communicate complex solar energy solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience: Previous experience in the solar energy industry is a plus but not mandatory.
