We are seeking a Sales Account Executive to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will be critical in driving revenue growth, identifying business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Account Executive, you will:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through thorough market research, networking, cold calling, emails, and targeted sales efforts.
- Client Engagement: Visit clients and deliver presentations, discussing how Egora’s services can benefit their business.
- Sales Pipeline: Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead generation and revenue growth.
- Client Relationships: Cultivate strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction through regular interactions and addressing concerns promptly.
- Tailored Solutions: Understand the unique needs of each client and propose tailored solutions that align with their goals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work alongside the sales team to share insights, best practices, and market trends, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Sales Monitoring: Track sales performance using relevant metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Proposals & Negotiation: Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify and act upon opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients, providing additional value.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to better advise clients and adapt strategies.
- Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the team about market demands, customer insights, and potential opportunities for growth.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven Sales Experience: A demonstrated track record of success in sales, with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Negotiation & Closing: Strong negotiation skills and an ability to successfully close deals.
- Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining relationships at various organizational levels.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track leads, pipeline progress, and sales results.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Additional Requirement: A valid driving license is required for client visits.
