NIHAM is a dynamic Amazon consulting company that provides start-to-end services to US-based companies. Specializing in both Wholesale FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and Private Label (PL) models, NIHAM offers high-quality services in e-commerce management. We are seeking a motivated Supplier Sourcing Specialist to join our remote team. This position involves finding and managing suppliers for wholesale products, performing market research, and handling supplier communications. The role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within the Amazon e-commerce space, with a potential for permanent employment based on performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Sourcing: Identify, contact, and negotiate with global suppliers to procure products that meet predefined criteria.
  • Product Research & Analysis: Conduct research to identify profitable products and assess market trends.
  • Negotiation & Purchase Orders: Generate RFQs (Request for Quotes), negotiate pricing with suppliers, and manage the purchase order (PO) process.
  • Data Entry & Inventory Management: Maintain accurate product data, inventory levels, and process orders.
  • Supplier Communication: Communicate effectively with suppliers via email, phone, and chat to resolve any queries and ensure smooth operations.
  • Order Processing: Manage the timely processing and shipment of orders to meet Amazon FBA requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for data management.
    • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
    • Familiarity with Amazon’s policies and procedures related to FBA operations.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience: Experience in customer service or a similar field is a plus but not required.
