ZEN Group, a premium sales partner of Zaitoon Resort and Country Club, is seeking an experienced and driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in expanding brand presence, boosting sales, and managing marketing strategies for our luxury hospitality services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, resources, and training to drive sales goals and increase revenue.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and monitor strategic marketing initiatives to elevate Zaitoon Resort and Country Club’s brand. Oversee all aspects of the marketing plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, individual high-net-worth clients, and potential investors to generate leads and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Branding & Positioning: Work on establishing and refining the brand’s presence, including digital marketing strategies, public relations activities, events, and advertising campaigns.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends, target demographics, and potential market segments. Use data and insights to adjust strategies for greater market penetration.
  • Sales and Marketing Coordination: Coordinate efforts between marketing, sales, and customer service teams to deliver seamless client experiences and achieve sales objectives.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and manage the marketing and sales budget, ensuring effective resource allocation for maximum impact.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track the performance of sales campaigns, marketing activities, and promotional events. Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders to showcase progress and KPIs.
  • Event Planning: Plan and oversee luxury events and experiences that promote Zaitoon Resort and Country Club’s brand, drawing the attention of high-end clientele.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing management role, ideally within the hospitality or luxury services sector. Proven track record of increasing sales, market share, and brand awareness.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications in Digital Marketing and Sales Leadership is a plus (Discuss during interview).
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in sales management and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong understanding of luxury hospitality marketing, including both traditional and digital marketing strategies.
    • Ability to create and execute high-impact marketing campaigns.
    • Experience in CRM systems, digital tools, and analytics platforms for performance tracking and client management.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in luxury services, real estate, or hospitality-related sales is highly desirable.
