Care MD is seeking a talented and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our growing team in Lahore. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications using Angular for the front-end and Java Spring Boot for the back-end. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to create seamless, user-centric applications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Front-End Development: Create responsive and dynamic front-end applications using Angular, ensuring excellent user experience.
  • Back-End Development: Build and maintain scalable services and APIs using Java Spring Boot for seamless data interaction and user functionality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to fully understand project requirements and design solutions that meet both business and user needs.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Optimization: Optimize applications to improve performance and scalability, ensuring smooth user experiences across different devices and platforms.
  • Security and Integrity: Ensure application security and data integrity, following industry standards for protection against vulnerabilities and data breaches.
  • Technical Support & Debugging: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the application stack, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices and apply the latest techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-quality web applications.
  • Front-End Expertise:
    • Proficiency in Angular (preferably the latest versions).
    • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript to build modern web applications.
  • Back-End Expertise:
    • Hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot.
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture to build scalable systems.
  • Database Skills:
    • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
    • Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is a plus.
  • Version Control:
    • Proficient in Git and version control workflows for code management and collaboration.
  • DevOps & CI/CD:
    • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerized applications for continuous integration and deployment.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and resolve complex issues.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
    • Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Testing Frameworks: Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jasmine (for Angular) or JUnit (for Java).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies to support iterative, collaborative development.
