Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Technical Support: Provide expert technical advice and assistance to customers regarding electrical products, solutions, and services.
- Sales Engineering Activities: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies, support sales processes, and deliver accurate technical specifications.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing customized solutions to solve technical challenges.
- Product Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations, explaining the benefits of Force-V’s products and services in detail.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the renewable energy and EV sectors, working to drive sales and increase company revenue.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with the engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Technical Reporting: Document technical requirements, project feedback, and customer needs for continuous improvement of the product offerings.
- Industry Expertise: Stay updated on trends, innovations, and regulations in the renewable energy and electric vehicle sectors to better support the company’s solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Discuss during the interview).
- Sales & Engineering Skills: Proven experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or related technical roles.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of electrical engineering principles and industry practices, specifically in renewable energy and electric vehicles is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess customer needs and provide actionable solutions.
- Teamwork: Able to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
