Clickeon is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Website Manager with experience in AI integrations and SEO optimization. This exciting remote position requires an individual to manage and maintain multiple SEO-focused websites, ensuring optimal performance and security. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the websites, driving project management processes, and implementing AI tools for content creation and SEO enhancement. As part of a dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in the technical growth and strategic direction of our websites, delivering improved user experience and higher search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage SEO-Focused Websites: Ensure that all websites are optimized for performance, security, and search engine rankings.
  • AI Tool Integration: Implement and manage AI tools designed for content creation and SEO optimization to enhance website traffic.
  • Technical Maintenance: Oversee all technical aspects, including performance optimization, troubleshooting, and security measures to guarantee smooth website functionality.
  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring efficient website launches and ongoing maintenance.
  • Collaborate with Development Team: Work closely with web developers to enhance website infrastructure and improve functionality.
  • SEO Automation: Develop and implement strategies to automate SEO processes, ensuring continuous optimization and higher search engine visibility.
  • Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Respond to any technical challenges that arise, minimizing downtime and performance dips.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve the website’s speed and user experience, ensuring they meet both technical requirements and industry standards.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and SEO technologies to implement industry-leading solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Discuss during the interview).
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in website management, AI integrations, or related roles.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
    • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, etc.).
    • Strong coding and debugging skills.
  • AI & SEO Expertise: Solid experience with AI tools for content creation and SEO purposes.
  • SEO Tools: Familiarity with various SEO techniques and tools for website optimization.
  • Project Management: Strong leadership skills with experience in task delegation, planning, and project execution.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical ability to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
