We are seeking a TikTok Marketing Expert to lead our social media marketing campaigns, drive brand awareness, and boost sales through creative TikTok strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns on TikTok to promote our brand and products effectively.
- Content Strategy: Coordinate with the team to ensure a consistent content calendar is in place, with timely posting of engaging videos and creative content.
- Influencer Outreach: Recruit new influencers and coordinate collaborations to amplify brand visibility and sales.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends and ad formats to create relevant and engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
- Analytics & Reporting: Utilize data analysis and Excel formulas to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Design Oversight: Ensure that all content maintains high design standards, keeping the brand’s aesthetics and messaging consistent.
- Project Management: Manage tasks effectively using tools such as Asana, Trello, or ClickUp to meet deadlines and maintain workflow.
- Independent Work: Take initiative and manage your responsibilities effectively while working remotely.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate fluently and clearly.
- Social Media Expertise: Strong knowledge of TikTok marketing strategies, current trends, and viral video ad formats.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, Excel formulas, and measuring campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts.
- Design Sense: A keen eye for design and the ability to create visually appealing content.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, familiar with tools like Asana, Trello, or ClickUp.
- Creative Ability: Experience in conceptualizing and ideating engaging ad creatives.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing tasks without supervision.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Remuneration and Benefits:
- Salary: PKR 80,000 – PKR 100,000 per month, depending on experience.
- Work Hours: 12 pm to 8 pm Pakistan time, Monday through Saturday.
