Abacus Outsourcing is looking to hire energetic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officers (CRO) to join our dynamic team in Lahore. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries, providing helpful and efficient solutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through clear communication and professional service.
- Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues, ensuring satisfaction and retaining customer loyalty.
- Outbound and Inbound Communication:
- Handle a variety of customer requests through phone, email, and online chat platforms.
- Effectively convey information to customers, ensuring they are fully informed and engaged.
- Sales Support (if applicable):
- Engage with customers to promote services, follow up on inquiries, and provide product or service recommendations.
- Daily Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers for future reference and team collaboration.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with fellow team members to achieve company objectives and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Education:
- A Levels, Intermediate, or above.
- Experience:
- Previous customer service or BPO experience is a plus but not required. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills, with the ability to respond effectively to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Ability to work well in a team, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure.
- Good computer skills (MS Office proficiency is an advantage).
Benefits
- Competitive Salary:
- Basic Pay: PKR 60,000 per month
- Performance-Based Incentives: Up to PKR 15,000 per month based on individual achievements.
