Abacus Outsourcing is looking to hire energetic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officers (CRO) to join our dynamic team in Lahore. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Excellence:
    • Manage and respond to customer inquiries, providing helpful and efficient solutions.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through clear communication and professional service.
  • Issue Resolution:
    • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues, ensuring satisfaction and retaining customer loyalty.
  • Outbound and Inbound Communication:
    • Handle a variety of customer requests through phone, email, and online chat platforms.
    • Effectively convey information to customers, ensuring they are fully informed and engaged.
  • Sales Support (if applicable):
    • Engage with customers to promote services, follow up on inquiries, and provide product or service recommendations.
  • Daily Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers for future reference and team collaboration.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with fellow team members to achieve company objectives and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • A Levels, Intermediate, or above.
  • Experience:
    • Previous customer service or BPO experience is a plus but not required. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
    • Strong listening and interpersonal skills, with the ability to respond effectively to customer inquiries and concerns.
    • Ability to work well in a team, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure.
    • Good computer skills (MS Office proficiency is an advantage).

    • Basic Pay: PKR 60,000 per month
    • Performance-Based Incentives: Up to PKR 15,000 per month based on individual achievements.
