Bookme is Pakistan’s leading travel and e-ticketing platform, enabling users to seamlessly book tickets for buses, flights, movies, cricket matches, and events. To enhance our user-centric approach, we’re looking for a talented Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team. In this on-site full-time position, you will play a crucial role in improving the overall user experience of our platform by leading the design of intuitive, visually engaging, and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research & Design Thinking: Lead user research initiatives to gather insights and apply design thinking processes to solve user problems creatively.
  • Visual Design: Craft visually compelling and aesthetically pleasing UI designs while ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
  • Prototyping: Develop high-fidelity prototypes to clearly visualize the functionality, navigation, and overall user experience of the platform.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers to create a seamless end-to-end experience.
  • UX Strategy: Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the overall UX strategy for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing sessions and analyze user feedback to enhance interface designs and drive product improvements.
  • User-Centric Design: Apply a user-centered approach to create intuitive interfaces that enhance the ease of use and engagement for our customers.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4-6 years in UX Design with a proven track record of delivering engaging and intuitive user experiences.
  • Design Thinking & User Research: Strong proficiency in user research methodologies and design thinking frameworks.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
  • Collaborative Abilities: Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams in an agile work environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a passion for creating impactful design solutions based on data and user feedback.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and decisions to stakeholders and team members.
  • Academic Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
