Brainy Box Technologies FZCO is seeking an experienced Senior GoLang Developer to join our growing team. In this full-time remote role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance GoLang applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, focusing on defining, designing, and implementing innovative features to deliver efficient and scalable software solutions. The role requires expertise in GoLang, software development best practices, and an understanding of microservices and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance GoLang applications, ensuring the best coding practices and optimal performance.
  • Feature Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features to meet business needs and objectives.
  • Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot and resolve code issues, focusing on improving the scalability, performance, and reliability of applications.
  • Microservices Architecture: Design and implement microservices-based systems, ensuring they integrate seamlessly and operate efficiently within a larger ecosystem.
  • Containerization & Deployment: Utilize Docker and other containerization technologies to deploy and manage applications efficiently in cloud environments.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance application architecture and functionality.
  • Collaboration: Work remotely with a cross-functional team of engineers, developers, and designers to create scalable software solutions in a collaborative and agile environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in GoLang: Expertise in GoLang programming language with hands-on experience working with GoLang frameworks.
  • Software Development: Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices, ensuring efficient and maintainable code.
  • Microservices & Docker: Experience building and working with microservices architecture and familiarity with Docker for application containerization and deployment.
  • Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud services and platforms like AWS and Azure, understanding their usage for deployment and hosting applications.
  • Version Control Systems: Proficient in using Git for version control in collaborative environments.
