DRC Healthcare Pakistan is seeking dynamic Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Build and maintain strong relationships with UK-based healthcare professionals, including nurses and care home staff.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process for nursing and care home placements in the UK, ensuring they understand every step and what is expected.
- Collaboration: Work closely with a dynamic recruitment team to meet and exceed placement goals, ensuring the best matches between healthcare professionals and client needs.
- Client Relations: Communicate effectively with clients, acting as the key point of contact throughout the recruitment process to ensure smooth and successful placements.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Ensure that all candidate applications and placements are properly documented and comply with internal recruitment guidelines.
- Consultative Support: Provide expert recruitment advice to both candidates and clients, offering tailored solutions for hiring needs in the healthcare industry.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred (discuss during the interview).
- Experience: Whether you’re a fresher or have prior experience, we welcome applicants passionate about recruitment and healthcare.
- Language Proficiency: Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must for this role.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and recruitment software (discuss during the interview).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under deadlines.
- A team player with a positive attitude and growth mindset.
- Work Hours:
- Summer: 1 PM to 10 PM
- Winter: 2 PM to 11 PM
- Location: This is an on-site position at Gulberg 3, Lahore, Pakistan.
