Prima Systems is a leading provider of enterprise technology solutions specializing in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) modernization. Based in Lahore District, the company offers secure, integrated solutions across cloud platforms, with expertise in IT Outsourcing, Cloud Security, Applications, Analytics, and Engineering. As part of its continued expansion, Prima Systems is seeking a Credentialing Lead to oversee credentialing processes, ensuring compliance with Medicare regulations and effective communication with stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lahore District.
Key Responsibilities:
- Credentialing Management: Lead and manage the credentialing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Medical Staff Credentialing: Handle medical staff credentialing, ensuring that all required documentation is completed and verified in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders, providing clear and effective communication.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to medical staff and other parties involved in the credentialing process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure that all credentialing activities meet the necessary Medicare regulations and other healthcare industry standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the credentialing workflow and collaborate with the team to implement enhancements.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of credentialing documentation and related communications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of credentialing efforts into overall company operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Credentialing Experience: Previous experience in healthcare credentialing, particularly with medical staff and Medicare regulations, is highly preferred.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Customer Service: Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service in a professional environment.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Medicare and other healthcare regulations is a plus.
