Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Management:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and talent retention.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring high levels of job satisfaction and engagement.
- Align recruitment efforts with the overall business strategy and departmental needs.
- Operational Oversight:
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks and processes, ensuring smooth workflows across various departments.
- Monitor key operational metrics (KPIs) and implement strategies to optimize departmental performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between operational capabilities and marketing initiatives.
- Support the sales team by improving processes for lead generation, client management, and optimizing customer-facing activities.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Lead customer satisfaction initiatives, ensuring that the company delivers top-notch service and maintains positive relationships with clients.
- Team Management and Development:
- Work closely with the leadership team to align operational strategies with the company’s broader vision.
- Develop training programs, foster teamwork, and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Address conflicts or issues between departments by providing mediation and solutions.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of operations and determine opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor employee performance, ensuring consistent development, growth, and training within teams.
Key Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or MBA from a well-recognized university.
- Professional Experience:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar senior management role.
- Hands-on experience with HR management, marketing, sales, and performance management.
- Experience in remote team management and leveraging digital tools for efficient operations.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and conflict resolution skills.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and management capabilities, with a track record of motivating cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and work under pressure.
