In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing developer accounts, ensuring compliance, security, and operational efficiency across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:
    • Oversee and manage all developer accounts on major platforms like Apple Developer, Google Play Console, AWS, GitHub, etc.
    • Ensure accounts are up-to-date, compliant with platform policies, and securely configured.
  • Compliance and Licensing:
    • Stay updated on changes to platform policies, terms of service, and relevant regulatory requirements.
    • Manage timely renewals of licenses, certificates, and subscriptions to avoid disruptions.
  • Documentation Management:
    • Maintain detailed, secure records of login credentials, API keys, certificates, and other essential account-related data.
    • Develop and maintain thorough documentation of account workflows and processes for internal teams.
  • Security Management:
    • Implement best practices for securing developer accounts, including multi-factor authentication, encryption, and strict access control policies.
    • Regularly review and audit account usage to ensure unauthorized access is prevented.
  • Cross-team Communication:
    • Act as the main point of contact for platform support when technical issues or account-related concerns arise.
    • Collaborate with development teams and other internal departments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
  • Platform Optimization:
    • Regularly review account usage, assess platform performance, and identify areas for operational improvement.
    • Collaborate with teams to optimize workflows and usage of platform resources.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Proven experience managing developer accounts on major platforms, such as Apple Developer, Google Play Console, AWS, and GitHub.
    • Familiarity with developer workflows, platform ecosystems, and system integration.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of security best practices for online accounts and systems.
    • Knowledge of multi-factor authentication, access control, and related security protocols.
    • [Preferred] Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automation tools.
  • Communication & Organizational Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Education:
    • Relevant experience in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field (preferred but not required).
    • Certification or specific training in platform account management and security practices is a plus (discuss during the interview).
