Qureos is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Success Specialist to manage and enhance client processes for Plutus21 Capital. As a key player in ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and clients, you will be responsible for optimizing workflows and leading client operations to deliver top-quality outcomes. The role is ideal for someone with experience in client success or operations management, eager to drive continuous improvement and ensure client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Operations Management: Lead and oversee day-to-day client operations, ensuring that services are delivered on time and with high quality.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with functional teams such as system support, training, and client management to achieve client goals and meet strategic objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Project Monitoring: Track project milestones and ensure that all deadlines are met without compromising service quality.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams, addressing escalations and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Service Quality Assurance: Monitor service delivery and implement strategies to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Client Satisfaction: Regularly assess client satisfaction metrics to ensure that services meet or exceed client expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in client success or operations management roles, with a proven track record of managing client processes.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle complex projects with multiple dependencies effectively.
    • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence tools is preferred.
    • Ability to adapt to challenges and take a proactive approach to problem resolution.
  • Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
