HiWill Group is seeking energetic and results-driven International Sales Executives to expand our reach into European markets. The position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills who thrives on achieving sales targets and enjoys cultivating strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients across European markets.
- Identify, generate, and qualify new sales leads through research and outreach.
- Develop strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Build and sustain lasting relationships with potential and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach and lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM software for tracking and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Must have:
- Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
- A passion for sales and an ability to learn quickly about new markets and products.
- Preferred:
- Prior experience in telemarketing, B2B/B2C sales, or related roles.
- Strong self-motivation with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM software tools (will discuss in detail during the interview).
