International Sales Executive (European Markets)

HiWill Group is seeking energetic and results-driven International Sales Executives to expand our reach into European markets. The position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills who thrives on achieving sales targets and enjoys cultivating strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients across European markets.
  • Identify, generate, and qualify new sales leads through research and outreach.
  • Develop strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Build and sustain lasting relationships with potential and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach and lead generation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM software for tracking and reporting purposes.

Qualifications

  • Must have:
    • Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
    • A passion for sales and an ability to learn quickly about new markets and products.
  • Preferred:
    • Prior experience in telemarketing, B2B/B2C sales, or related roles.
    • Strong self-motivation with a goal-oriented mindset.
    • Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM software tools (will discuss in detail during the interview).
