Responsibilities
As an Account Manager at Sunuba Group, your primary duties will include:
- Managing day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and payroll processing.
- Preparing comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.
- Overseeing all financial transactions and ensuring accurate documentation for audits.
- Ensuring compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
- Monitoring and analyzing cash flow to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Developing and improving accounting systems, policies, and procedures for efficiency.
- Coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal teams to streamline financial operations.
- Providing insights to senior management on financial health and performance trends.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or a related role, preferably in the service or beauty industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Tally) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, compliance practices, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., ACCA, CA, CMA).
- Experience implementing or managing financial management software systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
