Lumi Minds is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Gulberg 3, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including hiring, employee training, performance management, policy development, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is key to maintaining a friendly and supportive workplace while driving performance and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Hiring & Recruitment:
Oversee the recruitment process to attract and hire qualified candidates for open positions. This includes posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process. - Employee Performance Management:
Conduct employee performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support employee development. Identify areas for improvement and work closely with employees to ensure their success. - Policy Development:
Develop and implement workplace policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and fairness across all company practices. - Employee Benefits Management:
Administer and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring employees are aware of their entitlements and helping to resolve any issues related to benefits. - Labor Law Compliance:
Stay up to date with local labor laws and regulations to ensure company practices remain compliant. Address any legal matters relating to employment practices and employee relations. - Employee Relations:
Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing any concerns or conflicts and promoting employee engagement. - Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and in compliance with privacy laws.
Qualifications
- Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are preferred but not mandatory. - Experience:
Proven experience in HR management, including recruiting, training, managing teams, and administering employee benefits. - Skills:
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of employees.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Good problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
