We are looking to hire a Laptop & Computer Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining our inventory, assisting customers, and ensuring seamless transactions for our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Product Handling:
    Manage the incoming and outgoing inventory of laptops and computers. Ensure proper documentation and quality checks of products are maintained.
  • Customer Support & Sales:
    Assist customers in selecting the right laptop or computer according to their needs and specifications. Provide guidance on hardware and software options.
  • Technical Support:
    Troubleshoot and provide basic technical support for customers who have issues with their laptops or computers.
  • Market Research:
    Stay updated on the latest trends and models of laptops and computers in the market. Report on competitor pricing and industry developments.
  • Product Demonstrations & Training:
    Conduct product demonstrations for clients, ensuring they fully understand the features and specifications of their purchases.
  • Inventory Management:
    Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales, and returns. Ensure inventory is up to date and well-organized.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. (Alternatively, relevant technical certifications can be considered.)
  • Experience:
    Previous experience in computer hardware sales, inventory management, or technical support is preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of computers, laptops, operating systems (Windows, MacOS, etc.), and software applications.
  • Skills:
    Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms.
  • Customer Service:
    Proven ability to interact with customers professionally, delivering a high standard of service and guidance.
