Zameen.com is seeking an enthusiastic Corporate Sales Executive to join our growing team. As part of our Corporate Sales Division, you will be the face of Zameen.com to prospective clients. You will be responsible for presenting property units, understanding client requirements, providing site tours, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, and has a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities

  • Client Understanding & Consultation:
    Engage with clients to understand their property needs and requirements, ensuring an excellent fit between their expectations and the properties we offer.
  • Property Demonstrations & Site Visits:
    Conduct property demonstrations and organize site visits for clients, ensuring they have an in-depth understanding of the property’s features and benefits.
  • Timely Deal Closure:
    Facilitate smooth, timely deal closures while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Follow-up with Clients:
    Regularly follow up with clients to monitor any changing requirements and maintain updated communication.
  • Relationship Building:
    Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring continued business success through trust and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain High Standards of Communication:
    Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and effective communication for all inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    A degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is required.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 1 year of sales experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will be considered for the role.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A passion for sales and customer service with a commitment to excellence.
    • Ability to understand client requirements and effectively match properties with those needs.
