In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Upwork profile, crafting personalized proposals, and securing projects in web development and digital marketing. You will need to work independently to meet and exceed project acquisition targets while building strong relationships with clients. This is a remote, commission-based opportunity that rewards success with competitive earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Upwork Profile Management:
Manage and maintain the company’s Upwork profile, ensuring it is always updated with the latest offerings, services, and relevant skills to attract clients. - Proposal Creation:
Craft customized, professional, and compelling proposals for potential clients, highlighting the value and unique strengths of Black Silk Studio. - Client Requirement Analysis:
Understand client needs in web development, digital marketing, and related services. Effectively communicate the company’s capabilities to meet these needs. - Client Relationship Management:
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, offering excellent customer service and communication throughout project phases. - Target Achievement:
Meet monthly targets for project acquisition, ensuring continued growth for the company’s Upwork presence and success. - Collaboration & Handover:
Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth handovers and communication for project completion, maintaining high-quality standards throughout.
Qualifications
- Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience managing Upwork or similar freelancing profiles, particularly in web development and digital marketing. - Track Record:
Proven ability to secure high-value projects, demonstrating success in closing deals and achieving business growth. - Communication Skills:
Strong written communication and negotiation skills to create proposals that resonate with potential clients and effectively close deals. - Self-Starter:
Ability to work independently and thrive in a commission-based environment, where performance directly impacts earnings. - Upwork Knowledge:
Familiarity with Upwork’s algorithms, bidding strategies, and best practices for maximizing visibility and project success.
