Flyon Creatives, with over 5 years of experience in the service industry and 2 years in the E-commerce business, is seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This is a remote, full-time position, offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled designer to produce high-quality motion graphics, video production, and visual design elements for a wide range of projects. Key Responsibilities

As a Motion Graphic Designer, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Motion Graphics Creation: Design and create visually stunning motion graphics for videos, ads, and other digital content. You’ll be involved in the full production cycle from concept development to final output.
  • Video Production: Collaborate with the creative team to produce videos, editing and adding motion graphics as needed to elevate the visual experience.
  • Graphic Design: Create high-quality graphics, including illustrations, animations, and layouts, using design principles that align with project requirements and client vision.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members including video editors, and content creators to execute engaging and dynamic content that aligns with project goals and timelines.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Think outside the box to design creative solutions that captivate the audience and align with project objectives.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure high production standards and attention to visual details in every frame of the video.
  • Adaptation and Learning: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in motion design, video production, and visual storytelling to constantly improve the content created.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in motion design software, especially After Effects, with a strong portfolio showcasing your abilities in motion graphics.
  • Graphic Design Expertise: Strong understanding of design principles and experience using graphic design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite software.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in video production, motion graphics, or a creative role is highly desired.
  • Creative Thinking: Strong creative thinking and an ability to produce fresh and innovative design concepts.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, as you’ll need to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate remotely with a distributed team.
  • Remote Work Ability: Comfortable working independently and efficiently while managing time and deadlines remotely.
  • Equipment: Must have access to a high-performance PC to run design and production software smoothly.
  • Experience in Creative Industry: While not required, prior experience in a creative industry, particularly in video or motion graphics production, is a plus.
