VASL (PK) is looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have more than 4 years of experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, specifically for e-commerce businesses. Your expertise will play a critical role in improving ROI, driving online sales, and scaling ad performance across various Google platforms. Key Responsibilities

As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max to align with e-commerce business goals and objectives.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify and target high-converting keywords relevant to the brand’s products, improving campaign performance and product visibility.
  • Ad Copy Creation: Develop compelling ad copies and creatives that align with brand tone and engage the target audience effectively.
  • A/B Testing: Continuously test different ad creatives, bidding strategies, and audience targeting approaches to improve campaign outcomes and engagement.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and monitor campaign performance regularly. Provide actionable insights to enhance performance, increase conversions, and reduce cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Budget Management: Manage ad spend efficiently to ensure positive ROI while adhering to budget constraints. Optimize campaigns to maximize results within a limited budget.
  • Shopping Ads Optimization: Set up, manage, and optimize Google Shopping campaigns to enhance product visibility and drive e-commerce sales.
  • Remarketing: Develop and manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage potential customers and increase conversion rates.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and changes in Google Ads, e-commerce marketing, and digital advertising strategies.
  • Advanced Advertising Techniques: Utilize advanced techniques and strategies, including automation, Smart Bidding, and customer match lists, to optimize campaign performance and scaling.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 4+ years of proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with a focus on e-commerce businesses.
  • Platform Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Merchant Center.
  • E-commerce Platforms Familiarity: Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento to better understand and optimize product ads on Google.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and understanding how to implement and troubleshoot these tools is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making, constantly adjusting strategies for optimal results.
  • SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO principles and how they intersect with Google Ads for optimal search visibility and performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an acute attention to detail, ensuring campaigns are error-free and impactful.
